Hunter Malek is a dynamic entrepreneur who achieved remarkable success at a young age. Starting his first company at 19 and selling it by the time he turned 21, he quickly became an expert in scaling businesses. His journey continued with house flipping at 21 and establishing a diverse portfolio of businesses, including wholesale, real estate holdings, and construction companies by age 22. Drawing on this wealth of experience, he has transitioned into the lending industry, where he is dedicated to mentoring and supporting others to replicate his entrepreneurial achievements.

Will, a proud Ole Miss alum, embarked on his career in 2015, cultivating and overseeing a rental home portfolio in Lake Houston and the Petrochemical Triangle. Specializing in traditional residential sales, he’s achieved an impressive $70,000,000+ in individual sales, consistently ranking as a top-producing agent in Houston since 2019. Expanding his expertise to single-family home flipping and wholesaling, Will seamlessly transitioned into the lending industry. Now, he’s dedicated to mentoring others, drawing on his wealth of experience to guide aspiring entrepreneurs. Known for exceptional relationship-building in the Greater Houston Area, Will is committed to constant growth and becoming the best version of himself.
Sydney Peterson
Director of operations
At 18, Sydney embarked on a life-changing journey, leaving her hometown of Hillsborough, North Carolina behind and setting her sights on Houston, Texas. Driven by a vision to create something extraordinary for herself and turn her big dreams into reality, she took a leap of faith and ventured into the unknown.
Houston held the promise of new beginnings and limitless possibilities. It was here that she crossed paths with inspiring individuals who would play a pivotal role in shaping her future. Jeff Whitsphere, Will Schulze, and Hunter Malek entered her life, introducing her to the world of real estate investing. In their guidance and mentorship, she found her passion and purpose.
